        发电厂继电保护整定计算软件用以辅助整定计算人员工作、提高计算效率。发电厂继电保护整定计算智能系统(SCIS)由华北电力大学智能控制与仿真教研室研发,已应用于工程现场实际,效果良好。但该系统在实际运行中仍然存在人工参与量大、操作较繁琐等一些不足,制约着系统的推广应用。本文对SCIS系统存在的不足进行改进和优化。针对SCIS系统定值单格式固化于程序中、不能灵活对应外部定值单格式变化的缺点,提出了基于模式匹配的定值单自动输出方法,研究了整定结果信息和系统外部定值单模板的匹配对应规则、实现了整定结果至定值单模板的自动填写;以尽量减少整定计算模块人工参与量为目标,将SCIS系统中整定计算模块的“数据-模板”两层知识结构改进为“数据-公式-模板-实例”多层知识结构,并基于导则、整定规程、常见继电保护装置说明书、继电保护常用整定公式、电路基本计算公式和电厂整定实例构建了新知识库,在此基础上开发了新的保护配置生成模块以便捷的建立保护装置整定模板。通过以上内容研究,可以实现发电厂继电保护整定计算智能系统良好的兼顾智能性和通用性,进一步促进了建模计算-输出“一键式”发电厂继电保护整定计算工作的全自动完成。
    Power plant protection setting calculation software help setting calculation staffs to improve the efficiency. The relay setting calculation intelligent system of power plant (SCIS) has been developed by power system intelligent engineering and simulation research institute of North China Electric Power University. This system has been applied to Hunchun power plant and its application effect was good. But the system still exist some deficiencies which restrict the application of the system, such as large amount of human intervention, complex operation and it is difficult for staff to master.This paper improves and optimizes the deficiencies of the SCIS. Because the value sheet format of SCIS is cured in the process and can not flexibly correspond to change the external value sheet format, a method of automatically outputting the value sheet based on pattern matching is proposed. The pattern matching rule between setting result information and value templates outside the system is researched. Setting calculation results are filled in the value sheet templates, which is also realized. To minimize the amount of human intervention of setting calculation module of SCIS, this paper improves the "data-template" knowledge structure of setting calculation module of SCIS to "data-formula-template-instance" knowledge structure. And based on guide of calculating settings of relay protection for large generator and transformer, setting calculation procedures, some protective devices manuals, common relay protection setting calculation formulas, the basic formulas of the circuit, some setting calculation cases about power plants, a new knowledge base is constructed. On this basis, a new protection configuration generation module is developed which establish setting calculation templates of protective device.Based on the above contents, the relay setting calculation intelligent system of power plant will have intelligence and universality. And it further promote automatic finishing of modeling-computing-output "one click" relay setting calculation of power plant.
