        目的观察和比较8种不同设计方式的人工晶状体(IOL)光学区边缘不同部位产生散射光的差异。探讨白内障术后人工晶状体眼患者产生不良视觉现象的影响因素。方法建立IOL体外照射模型,用单色激光分别对三片式组和单片式组IOL的上边缘和袢-光学区结合部进行不同角度的照射。当光线投射到模拟视网膜的平面上形成映像时,用数码相机即时拍摄,观察并比较两组不同IOL产生的光线图像的差异。结果在对上边缘照射时,两组IOL因边缘形态不同而产生了图像差异;在对袢-光学区结合部照射时,三片式组IOL产生了不同于大部分单片式组的明显线状光影或中心旁致密光斑,而边缘较为特殊的单片式晶体TYPE-1C也产生了中心旁致密光斑和长光带影。结论IOL边缘的袢-光学区结合部内的不规则结构,会诱发明显的散射效应,IOL边缘散射光的存在是引起白内障术后IOL眼患者出现眩光或其他不良视觉现象的一个重要原因。
    ObjectiveTo observe and compare the various stray-light effects caused by several parts of optic edge in 8 intraocular lens(IOL) designed in different type. To discuss impact on dysphotopsia phenomenon in pseudophakic patients after catarct surgery.MethodsRadiation model was found in vitro. Monochromatic laser beam was used to illuminate the upper edge and the complex of IOL between three-piece group and single-piece group at different angles of incidence. Reflected images produced in retinal plane were photographed with a digital camera. The difference of light images were contrasted.ResultsThere were differences in light images between 2 groups, which may be due to different shapes of optic edge design when the upper edge of IOL was illuminated. Three-piece IOL exhibited obvious line images or dense eccentric light patch, which differed with most of IOL in single-piece group when the complex of IOL was illuminated. Moreover, the single-piece IOL TYPE-1C can also produce the dense eccentric light patch as well as a long light streak image.ConclusionThe irregular structure in IOL complex could trigger dramatically light scatter. The existence of edge stray-light may be an important contributor to postoperative glare or other performance of dysphotopsia in pseudophakic patients after catarct surgery.
