曝气生物滤池技术在炼油污水回用中的应用

        水是基础性的自然资源和战略性的经济资源,水资源的可持续性利用,是经济和社会可持续发展的极为重要保证。水资源同样是炼油化工工业发展的重要命脉。水的问题也将成为我国炼油化工工业发展最突出的问题之一。炼油厂污水是原油炼制及加工过程中产生的一类废水,具有水量大、浓度高、污染物种类多的特点。炼油厂污水回用能对环境生态保护提供有力的支持,有利于改善和恢复逐渐衰退的水环境,促进水资源的可持续利用和社会经济的可持续发展。大连西太平洋石化公司在2009年对目前达到沿海城市国家二级排放水标准而排入大海的350吨/小时污水进行深度处理,达到全部回用作炼油厂循环水的补给水的目的。本论文针对该公司目前污水处理状况及回用要求,在比较了多种污水处理工艺的基础上,采用以占地面积小、效率高的曝气生物滤池为生化系统核心的处理工艺作为深度处理主体工艺路线,即:现污水处理厂出水→气浮单元→臭氧催化氧化单元→碳化曝气生物滤池单元→硝化曝气生物滤池单元→高效纤维过滤器单元→二氧化氯杀菌单元→出水→循环水补给水。经开工运行一段时间后,标定考核COD平均总去除率达到95%,氨氮平均总去除率达到94%,BOD平均总去除率达到86%。本人研究工作分别对其他各项技术指标进行比较与分析,研究表明该系统流程达到了设计技术指标要求,并且具有抗冲击能力强的特点。
    Water is a kind of basic nature resource and strategic economic resource.The sustainable utilization of water resources is the vital guarantee for the sustainable development of economy and society. Water resource is the important lifeline for the development of refinery industry as well.Water would be one of the most predominant problems for the development of Chinese petrochemical industry. The sewage from refinery is the first kind of sewage, which is generated during crude oil refining and processing.Its specific characters are of large discharge of stream, high consistency and full of many kinds of pollutants. The recycling of refinery sewage can provide effective support to the environmental and ecological protection, in favor of improving and recovering the gradual recessionary water environment, promoting the sustainable utilization of water resources and the sustainable development of society and economy.In 2009, Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Co Ltd (Wepec) processed the advanced treatment for the sewage of 350 tons per hour discharged into the sea, which is the national secondary standard of discharge water for the coastal cities.Wepec has reached the goal of utilizing all these recycled water as the recharge water to the circulating water of the whole refinery. The thesis states the existing sewage treatment of Wepec and recycling need on the basis of comparing many technologies of sewage treatment. They took the aerated biological filter with small occupation area and high efficiency as the core of the biological system for the main process route of the advanced treatment, i.e.,effluent in the existing sewage treatment plant→air supporting unit→catalytic oxidation ozone unit→carbonization aerated biological filter unit→nitration aerated biological filter unit→highly active fiber filter unit→chlorine dioxide sterilizing unit→discharging outlet→recharge water of circulating water. After running for a period of time, the standardization evaluation proved that the average clearance of COD reached 95%, and that of ammonia and nitrogen reached 94%, and that of BOD reached 86%.Other technical indicators met the needs of designed indicators as well, and moreover, it has the high resistance capacity to impact.
