        电力电网中各种电气设备能否正常可靠安全运行,设备的绝缘水平和作用于绝缘体上的电压高低起到了重要的作用。随着国民经济的快速发展,用电量不断上升,输电距离不断增加带来的电力系统工作电压的不断提高,有关电气设备绝缘的问题就越来越突出。本文围绕绝缘子电阻测量这一主题进行了研究和探索。本文结合企业实际工程项目,在大量检索国内外参考文献及研究成果的基础上,对绝缘子直流绝缘电阻测量技术进行了详尽的分析和研究,完成了绝缘子直流绝缘电阻测量系统的设计和实现。系统由两部分组成,在软件系统设计方面,使用VB开发人机界面,SQL Server2000作为数据库管理系统。在硬件系统设计方面,ZGF-60型便携式直流高压发生器输出0-30KV电压,由PEC8000型PLC完成数据的采集,与上位机的通信采用国际通用的MODBUS传输协议。系统整体具有小型轻便、安全可靠的优点。由于绝缘子在电路中表现为容性负载,同时由于直流高压电源产生的直流电流信号也含有谐波分量,这些都影响正常的阻值计算。针对这个问题,本文选取了3种滤波算法并进行了仿真和比较,根据比较结果选取了均值限幅滤波法,达到了测量精度要求。经过现场安装和调试,系统通过测试并交付厂方投入运行。经过一年的实际运行,系统工作状态稳定,达到设计要求。
    The reliable and safe operation of the electrical equipment in power system is deeply affected by the insulation level of the equipment and the voltage set on the insulation. With the rapid development of the national economy, the rising of the electrical system voltage caused by the increasing of the electricity consumption and the lengthening of the transmission distance made the problem of the electrical equipment insulation more and more serious. This article focused on the study and research of the Resistance measurement of the insulator.This paper is based on an actual enterprise project. With research of a large number of references both home and onboard, we have a detailed analysis and research on DC insulation resistance measurement technology of insulators, and complete the system of DC insulation resistance measurement of insulators. The system is composed by software system and hardware system. The software system is designed by VB development platform and SQL Server2000 database management system. The hardware system is composed by PEC8000 type PLC and ZGF-60 type portable DC high voltage generator. PLC collects voltage and current signals, and then transfers to PC using MODBUS protocol.After analysis of the characteristics of the insulator, we get a conclusion that insulator is a capacitive load. The capacitive load will cause the measured current signal having harmonic components, and affect the resistance calculations. To solve this problem, we select three kinds of filtering algorithm and make simulation and comparison. Based on the results, we selected mean limiting filter. Historical data show that the filtering algorithm can fully guarantee the accuracy of measurement.After on-site installation and commissioning, the system passed the test and had been running for more than one year. The system works stably and meets the design requirements.
