经济语篇中隐喻及其文化根源的研究

        本文主要以莱可夫和约翰逊的概念隐喻理论为基础,对30篇“经济学人”与30篇“中国证券报”的语料进行了详细的分析,目的是挖掘出概念隐喻在经济话语中的深层的文化根源。我们认为经济语篇中的隐喻可以分为八类。即空间隐喻,战争隐喻,建筑隐喻,人类隐喻,水隐喻,天气隐喻,动物隐喻和饮食隐喻。我们发现,首先,有些经济语篇中的隐喻是人类共同感知所产生的,无论中国人还是西方人一般都有这些共有的身体及物质经验;其次,有些类型的隐喻虽然中西方在经济语篇中都经常会出现,但是这些隐喻是在不同的文化积淀下逐渐形成的;再次,由于文化的不同,隐喻在经济语篇中的表达也是不同的,这种隐喻所占比例较少。由此可见,经济隐喻表达是中西方共有的思维方式,由于文化传统的多样性,从而形成了隐喻表达的多样性。
    Based on the conceptual metaphor theory proposed by Lakoff and Johnson, the statistical data of thirty discourses from The Economist and thirty discourses from China Securities Journal have been gathered, and after analysis this thesis attempts to excavate cultural roots in economic metaphor. The metaphors in economic discourses are classified into eight types, namely, spatial metaphor, war metaphor, building metaphor, human being metaphor, water metaphor, weather metaphor, animal metaphor, and dinner metaphor. Firstly, that some of the economic metaphors are produced by the perceptions of common human beings has been researched, whether the Chinese or the Westerners who have the common physical and material experiences generally. Secondly, although the metaphors appeared in economic discourses constantly, these metaphors are gradually formed in different cultural accumulations. Thirdly, some different expressions of economic metaphors are affected by different cultures, and these expressions of economic metaphors have less importance of ratio than other economic metaphors. Thus, the expressions of economic metaphors are caused by the common thinking modes between the Chinese and the Westerners. Because of the differences of cultural traditions, the expressions of economic metaphors are different to some extent.
