        知识经济时代,人才是企业赖以生存和发展的重要战略资源。基于此,企业员工的教育培训受到前所未有的重视并对教育培训提出了更高要求,以应对新的挑战。然而,传统的培训模式难以灵活应对知识以几何级数递增的变化,培训投资成本的不断上涨,成为制约企业培训发展的“瓶颈”,人们一直在寻求着一种低价高效灵活的培训模式。随着计算机多媒体技术和网络通讯技术的飞速发展,基于网络教育的培训模式E-Learning作为一种新的企业培训模式便应运而生。目前企业E-Learning培训还处于初级阶段,大部分培训都没有达到预期目标。而课件是影响培训效果的重要因素,课件内容的选择、呈现形式和课件的交互性都对企业培训的效果造成影响。然而从现在企业E-Learning培训课件的情况来看,其中能够真正满足学习者要求的高质量课件尚少,大部分缺乏好的教学设计,很多企业的E-Learning培训都达不到预想的效果,所以运用教学设计思想指导企业培训课件的设计具有必要性。本文属于应用型研究,从实际项目出发,对教育技术领域中的教学设计原理和学习理论进行应用,并从实际项目中总结和归纳出能够有效进行企业E-Learning培训课件设计和开发的流程,为现存的课件质量不高这个问题提供解决的途径。全文共分为六个部分:引言部分阐述了本课题的研究背景、意义、目的和方法。第一章主要介绍企业E-Learning培训的定义、特征、发展现状以及课件现状,并引出结论:课件是影响企业E-Learning培训效果的主要因素。第二章主要介绍课件和企业E-Learning培训课件的定义,企业培训课件的分类、特点和设计原则,并对本研究的理论基础——教学设计学理论、成人学习理论进行概述,并指出了它们对本研究的指导意义。第三章总结和归纳了企业E-Learning培训课件的设计和开发流程。第四章以实际项目为例,进一步阐述企业E-Learning培训课件的设计流程。第五章是结论,概括总结了研究的主要成果、不足和展望。
    In the era of knowledge economy, talent is the important strategic resource for enterprise’s survival and development. For this reason, the education and training of employees has unprecedented attention and higher requirements in order to meet new challenges. However, the traditional training model of knowledge is difficult to respond flexibly to changes in increasing geometrically. The cost of rising investment in training has been the "bottleneck" to corporate training and development, so people have been looking for a kind of low-cost efficient and flexible training model. With the rapid development of the multimedia technology and the network communication technology, Web-based training model of education, E-Learning as a new corporate training model will emerge.For the enterprise E-Learning training currently still in the initial stage, most of the training did not meet expectations. And the courseware, which includes the courseware content selection, presentation format and interactivity, is the main factor that influences the corporate E-Learning training. From the situation of E-Learning corporate training courseware, few courseware can really meet the demands of learners and most are lack of good instructional design. So many enterprise E-Learning training courses didn’t produce the desired results. Therefore, it’s necessary to design the enterprise training under the theory of education technology.This thesis is application research. On the basis of the theory of instructional design and learning, it researches on the effective procedure of E-Learning courseware’s design and development in a real project, providing ways to improve the quality of existing courseware.This paper is divided into six parts:The introduction expounds the research background, purpose, aims and method of this issue.The first chapter introduces the definition, characteristics and status of the Enterprise E-Learning training and the status of the courseware development, and lead to a conclusion: Courseware is the main factor that influences the corporate E-Learning training.The second chapter introduces the definition of the courseware and the Enterprise E-Learning courseware, describes the classification, characteristics and design principles of the corporate training courseware, summarizes the theoretical basis of this study such as adult learning theory and the instructional design theory, and analyzes their significance of this study.The third Chapter summarizes the effective procedure of E-Learning courseware’s design and developmentThe forth Chapter takes a further research on the design process of the corporate E-Learning training courseware in a real project.The fifth Chapter is a summary for the whole research. It summarizes the outcomes, points out the limitations, and indicates the direction for future research.
