新媒体影响下高校思想政治教育主体性研究

        伴随着全球的科技浪潮,新媒体普及的速度超过了以往任何媒介。在我国,快速发展的信息网络新媒体已经在技术和工具领域产生巨大影响,并成为推动信息产生和思想创新的重要动力。在崭新的新媒体环境下,高校思想政治教育既获得了更多的机遇,也面临着巨大的挑战,特别是高校思想政治教育的主体,一方面新媒体促进了主体能力的发挥,但同时也产生了许多负面影响。由于我国的思想政治教育长期重视自身理论研究和教学实践,而习惯性忽视环境因素的影响,导致了高校思想政治教育主体在受到新媒体的工具性影响时容易陷入困境。新媒体产生的工具理性负面影响如片面追求效率和利益的至高无上、机械化的程序标准、价值理性和人文精神的边缘化等都直接导致了高校思想政治教育教育目标单一、抽象,教育内容冗赘杂乱、良莠不齐以及教育方法缺乏时效性。另外,同样在新媒体环境的消极影响下,高校思想政治教育的主体也表现出了极大的不适应,如教育资源的供给失衡、主体的媒介素养失衡,以及大学生意识困惑和行为失范等现象。针对新媒体对高校思想政治教育造成的影响,笔者在国内学者研究思想政治教育主体问题、环境对人的影响作用以及新媒体创新应用等相关文献的基础上,结合自身相关理论知识,浅显地提出了一些能够帮助发挥高校思想政治教育主体性的策略和方法。这些策略主要是根据主体遇到的困境和问题,在高校物质资源、人力资源允许的情况下,积极调动主体的自主性、能动性和创造性等属性来予以实施。实施的策略,首先是通过提升思想政治教育主体的主体性意识、构建发挥主体性的原则、提升主体的媒介素养等措施来全面更新高校思想政治教育主体的状态;然后是进行创建高校思想政治教育情境,当中就包括了对新媒体环境的优化、管理方式的完善以及构建有效的保障机制;最后是利用新媒体来发挥高校思想政治教育主体性,通过创新多种具体途径如建立思想政治教育新媒体学习平台、心理健康交互平台以及实践活动开放平台等来予以实现。这些具体的方法都是建立在大量学者对新媒体在高校应用的研究基础上,加以优化和改进,从而达到充分发挥高校思想政治教育主体性的目的。通过本文的上述研究,笔者希望能抓住新媒体影响下的高校思想政治教育主体性的特征,正确趋避新媒体的负面影响,从而为高校思想政治教育的发展提供更加确切有效的策略。
    With the technology impact of the world, the popularity of the new media becomes faster than any previous medium. In China, the rapid development of information network of new media has a huge impact in the field of technology and tools, and has become an important driving force to promote information generation and innovative ideas. In the new environment, new media, ideological and political education both get more opportunities, but also faces enormous challenges, especially the main ideological and political education subject, on the one hand, the new media promoted the ability to play the main, but also it produced many negative effects. Because of our long-term attention to ideological and political education theory and teaching practice, and habitual neglect environmental factors, when ideological and political education subject exposed to the impact of new media tools, it is easily got into trouble. The emerge of new media with instrumental rationality negative impact such as the one-sided pursuit of efficiency and interests paramount, program standards mechanization, marginalization of value rationality and human spirit bring about the educational objective single and abstract of ideological and political education, educational content verbosity clutter, good and bad, and educational approach lacking timeliness. In addition, also in the negative impact of the new media environment, the main ideological and political education subject has shown great suited, such as the imbalance of educational resources supplement, subject media accomplishment imbalance, as well as college students confused consciousness and behavior anomie phenomena.For the impact of the new media on ideological and political education, the author on the basis of domestic scholars study subject of ideological and political education, the influence of the environment on people and innovative applications of new media and other relevant documents, with the knowledge learned, simply made a number of strategies and methods to help improve ideological and political education subjectivity. The strategy is based on the main difficulties and problems the subject encountered, in colleges and universities physical resources, human resources permitting, positively mobilize the autonomy, initiative and creativity of subject to accomplish the task. Methods enforcement, first is to raise awareness of the main ideological and political education of the subject, construct to exert principles of subject, enhance the media accomplishment of subject and other measures to fully update the ideological and political education of the state of subject, and then is to create the ideological and political education situations, which would include the optimization of the new media environment, improve management, and build an effective security mechanism. Finally the use of new media to play the ideological and political education subject, through a variety of specific and innovative ways such as the creation of new ideological and political education media learning platform, interactive platform and mental health practice open platform to be implemented. These specific methods are based on the study of a large number of scholars of past new media in university applications, optimized and improved to fulfill the purpose of the ideological and political education subject.Through these studies, the author hopes to seize the subject of education of the ideological and political characteristics of the special circumstances, to smoothly avoid the negative impact of avoidance of new media, so as to provide a more precise and effective strategy for the development of ideological and political education.
